Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product (within the 14-day return window) and inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition, the refund process will be initiated as follows:

1. Orders Paid via Bank Card (Visa/MasterCard):

   • The amount will be refunded to the original card used for the purchase.

   • The process may take (7 to 14 business days) for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

2. Orders Paid in Cash (Cash on Delivery / Pickup):

   • Refunds will be issued in cash upon visiting the store’s sales office at the school.

   • Alternatively, the amount can be credited as “Store Credit” for you to use on future purchases.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• Delivery and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a wrong or defective item).
