We understand that you may sometimes need to change the size of a uniform or exchange a product. Therefore, we have designed a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Return and Exchange Period:

  • You can exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions for Return and Exchange:
  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  2. Original labels, price tags, and packaging must remain intact.
  3. The original purchase invoice or electronic order number must be provided.
Exceptions (Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Items):
  • School books and educational materials (unless there is a printing defect or delivery error).
  • Personal items for hygiene reasons (e.g., socks, water bottles, and lunch boxes) if their original packaging has been opened.
  • Products that have been altered or customized based on the student’s request.
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
  • The Fastest Way: Visit the school’s sales office directly with the product and the invoice.
  • Online: Contact us via email or WhatsApp, provide your order number and pictures of the product, and our team will arrange the exchange process (additional delivery fees may apply if a courier is requested for a home exchange).
