Pickup and Delivery Options:

  1. Direct Pickup from School (Free Service):
    • Duration: The order will be ready for pickup within (1 to 2) business days from order confirmation.
    • Process: You will receive an SMS or email confirming that your order is ready. Please proceed to the designated pickup point at the school and present your order number.
    • Pickup Times: During official school working hours.
  2. Home Delivery (Within the State of Qatar):
    • Duration: Orders are delivered to your doorstep within (2 to 3) business days.
    • Fees: Nominal delivery fees apply based on your zone, which will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
    • Tracking: Once your order is out for delivery, the courier will contact you to schedule the most convenient time for receiving it.
Important Notes:
  • Working days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays.
  • During back-to-school seasons (peak periods), processing and delivery might take slightly longer. We will notify you of any expected delays.
